Our Espresso Blend is freshly roasted in Alberta at 3800ft.

Savoury Crêpes (Galettes)

Starting with our base, we add real cheese, fresh vegetables, meats, eggs, and a selection of sauces, folded into a galette, and slathered in butter.

We also offer a non-dairy, gluten free base made with buckwheat flour, water and salt.

We have vegan options with non-dairy “cheeses” and plant based oil, choice of tomato or ajvar sauce (eggplant and roasted red peppers.)

Any dish with ham can substitute halal pepperoni or grilled chicken (halal) for a small additional charge.

Starting with our base, we add your choice of Nutella, caramel, hand-made custard, jams, honey, maple syrup, or classic butter and sugar, then add fresh berries or fruit, fold, and top with powdered sugar, a sweet drizzle, and a side of real whipped cream.

We also offer a non-dairy, gluten free base made with buckwheat flour, water and salt.

We have vegan options with maple syrup, apple pie filling, jams, fruit, and berries.
